Wholesale Shipping & Order Policy — Closer to Nature

At Closer to Nature, we are committed to providing our wholesale partners with a smooth, reliable, and transparent ordering and delivery experience. The policy below outlines the full process for submitting wholesale orders, required information, expected timelines, and how we manage dispatch and delivery.


1. Submitting Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders must be submitted through our Online Contact Portal which was be located on our website under 'contact'. This ensures accuracy, creates an official order trail, and allows our team to process your request as efficiently as possible. 

  • Payment by our Tasmanian wholesale partners will not be required through our website 
  • Wholesale orders will receive lower price points per sold unit 

When submitting an order request, please include the following details:

  • Business Name

  • ABN (if applicable)

  • Contact Person & Best Contact Method

  • Shipping Address

  • Products Required
    (Please specify type of Incense, quantity of incense, and total units) 

  • Any Preferred Delivery Timeframes

  • Special Instructions
    (e.g., packaging notes, delivery restrictions, order deadlines for events, etc.)

Providing clear and complete information helps us prepare your order quickly and avoid delays.


2. Order Review & Confirmation

Once your wholesale order request is received via our portal:

  1. Order Verification
    Our team will review your submission to confirm product availability, turnaround time, and shipping requirements.

  2. Wholesale Invoice Issued
    You will receive a formal invoice outlining the total cost, wholesale pricing, estimated dispatch date, and shipping fees.

  3. Payment Requirements
    Wholesale payments can be made via bank payment after our team generate a confirmation invoice which will be sent you. Please note that wholesalers will not be required to make a purchase on our online site as price points will differ. 

  4. Final Confirmation
    Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an “Order Approved & Processing” notification. At this point, your order is officially in our production queue.


3. Processing & Production Times

Wholesale orders require additional preparation time given the volume and packaging requirements. Standard processing times are:

  • Standard Wholesale Orders (Tasmania): 2-5 business days

  • Large Volume National Orders (over 500 units): 7–14 business days

  • Custom or special-request orders: timelines will be confirmed individually

Delays may occur during peak periods, but we will always notify you if processing times change.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and packed, it will be shipped via a trusted courier partner.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch):

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express Domestic Shipping: 1–4 business days

  • International Wholesale Orders: timelines vary by country and customs processing

Shipping rates for wholesale customers are calculated based on total weight and destination. These will be listed clearly on your invoice.


5. Tracking Information

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation email, and

  • A tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please ensure someone is available at your nominated address to receive the goods.


6. Delivery Issues & Damages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is delayed, please contact us within 5 business days at:

  • Your business name

  • Order/invoice number

  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the situation promptly.


7. Changes or Cancellations

Changes to wholesale orders can only be made before payment and before official processing begins. Once production has started, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
