Processing Time

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery within Australia generally takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Express options may be available.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at closertonature00@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or intended delivery if not received). We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. Closer to Nature is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
