Rose

Rose attar (8 ml) is a highly concentrated natural perfume oil traditionally made by hydro-distilling fresh rose petals. Unlike alcohol-based perfumes, attars are oil-based, providing a long-lasting, skin-friendly fragrance that develops depth and warmth over time. 

Key Uses and Benefits

Natural Perfumery: Applied directly to pulse points, it offers a rich, velvety floral scent that can last 8–12 hours.

Aromatherapy: Used to alleviate anxiety, reduce stress, and improve emotional balance by stimulating the brain's limbic system.

Skincare: Renowned for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, it helps hydrate dry skin, soothe irritation, and promote a youthful complexion.

Spiritual Practices: Widely used in meditation, prayer, and religious rituals to foster a sense of serenity and inner peace. 

The creation of pure rose attar is extremely labor-intensive, often requiring roughly 4,000 kg of rose petals to produce just 1 kg of oil. 

Harvesting: Petals are handpicked at dawn when their aromatic content is highest.

Hydro-distillation: The petals are slowly cooked in large copper vessels (degs). The steam passes through bamboo pipes into a receiver.
